Since 2017, Renée Brinkerhoff and her Team Valkyrie have set themselves the goal of taking part in the world's most demanding rallies across all 7 continents in order to protest against child trafficking. After Asia, North America, South America, Europe and Oceania, the final challenge was the most inhospitable continent, Antarctica.

To achieve this, the Team Valkyrie Porsche 356 was fitted with a snow kit to cope with the extreme conditions of the ice continent. The mechanics of the car also had to be adapted, with parts designed and produced especially for the occasion, so that it could withstand the polar climate, which was made possible with the help of explorers and experts from the world of rallying.

And so, in December 2021, after a battery of extreme tests - equal to the conditions that awaited Team Valkyrie - the Porsche 356 set off across the southern continent. 356 miles through the ice later, vehicle and crew have covered more than 20,000 miles (32,000 kilometres) across 7 continents, a world first!
