For the 2021 poster, Internet users voted for the Jaguar Type E!

Would you prefer a Jaguar E Type or a Ferrari 335 S? That’s what the Rétromobile Show gave people to choose from on its official Facebook page to decide what to put on the poster for the 46th edition. And in the end the Jaguar E Type, that celebrates its 60th anniversary in 2021, proved overwhelmingly popular!

Every year, this unforgettable event kicks off festivities at the international classic car show in Paris.

Classic car enthusiasts will be at the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre from 3 to 7 February 2021.

Rétromobile is a love letter for all enthusiasts of vintage cars and wheeled vehicles of all genres – motorcycles, tanks and other armoured vehicles, lorries, tractors and bone shakers – all of these emblems of the past that have fashioned our vehicle heritage. Spread over 3 halls (the equivalent of more than 72,000 m²), more than 600 exhibitors come to the show every year to present nearly 1000 models to the delight of visitors to the event.

Rétromobile takes everybody who passes through its doors back in time, giving them the opportunity to live their passion. Dream, delight, find out information, invest, meet artists, clubs and federations, bookshops, rally organisers, spare parts and miniature sellers, restorers, car dealers, auction houses, mechanics, insurance company reps, manufacturers – everything goes at Rétromobile!

Enthusiasts, amateurs or just people who are curious can come along and be part of it all – as they do every year. Or they can just visit the Show’s official auction on 5 February organised by Artcurial Motorcars. // #RETROMOBILE

For the first time this year, the Show got its fans involved, getting them to decide which car is to have top billing on the poster for its 46th edition. Voting took place on the Show’s official Facebook page. A «Like» was a vote for the Jaguar E Type and a «Love» was a vote for the 1957 Ferrari 335 S. In the end, the sheer British elegance of the Jaguar E Type was what captured most people’s hearts, and ten of them won the poster for the 2021 edition.
