PUBLICISE YOUR PRESENCE AT THE SHOW
You can be sure that the Rétromobile team will be publishing information and organising numerous communications initiatives throughout the year in order to boost visitor numbers to the event. But if you really want people to visit your stand, you also need to act and let people know that you will be at the Foire de Paris. But how can you do this?
LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT YOU'RE THERE
- On your website: By using customised banners that automatically show your stand number so your clients and prospective clients can find you easily. To download them, log on to your exhibitor area and go to the "my communications" section.
- On your various documents and advertising pages.
- By sending your press releases in PDF or Word format (the files must not exceed 2 MB) to us at: email@example.com. We can share them with the written and audiovisual press. Remember to include the date and a press contact on the press release
INVITE YOUR CONTACTS
Target an email campaign at your database of contacts (clients, prospective clients, professional partners, etc.) and send them invitations so they can come and meet you. This is essential! As well as showing them that you value them, it's also a means of developing their loyalty.
LIVEN UP YOUR STAND
Organise special events in order to attract visitors' attention and encourage them to stop by your stand. You could organise a competition and use it to collect a few email addresses by getting people to fill in a registration form. You could also give them discount vouchers that they can use at the show. And you could organise specially themed workshops in order to showcase your expertise and stage your products and/or services.
